I think a buyout would be premature based on where they are currently. Having F&T as a partner makes it even more unlikely. However, money talks and if they get blown away with a number, like 2.00? Would they sell? Or, would they take 1.00 and maybe make a deal for future royalties? ... or just wait, find a partner with deep pockets and try and go full scale commercialization and then later be a buyout candidate?
