The poison pill was introduced due to the fact that our shares were considered under valued in December. Management was obviously worried that we were a hostile takeover target. Or it could just be theatrics to make us appear undervalued. I think the day Aphria announced a hostile takeover possibly of their company was the day they applied for the ability for shareholders to buy the shares under par value.
