The ask was 6.9m shares @.0011 after attorney letter was filed.

What happened within 40 minutes or so later, made no sense.

Its understandable for people to sell that were in from .0009 but makes no sense for the .0012 ask to have grown to that size with OTC pink current information being right around the corner, perhaps as soon as tomorrow.
