8k on January 11,2019. Authorized shares raised from 800 M to 1800 M. That after it was raised 4 months earlier from 500 to 800 M. Clearly toxic debt diluting the hell out of this stock. Until dilution ends everyone owning for any length of tine loses. No big news seems to be in the works- at least in the short term. Bitterly disappointing.
