You bring about a good a point, the revocation could be due to many factors, one of them is that may be Neil is clumsy and careless about the company or the shareholders, the other is that it could be done to ease a private takeover with less hassle or litigation since the company owns about or over 90% of the total shares(IMO), or it could be to piss off 33 and force him jump into the ocean from that cave he is peaking from, getting rid of him would make the release the financials and the relisting much simpler. no one one knows why, all I know is that we are locked, and that would make one wonder will it be a total loss or a man-oeuvre out of which we will be rich for ever.
