Washington Mutual Capital Trust 2001” and many other Holding company assets managed by many large bank Trustees that many of us have tracked, and those assets that were in their “Legal Isolated status” and are now presumed to be sitting in “Safe Harbor” and managed by William Kosturos (Chief Restructuring Office) of the Estate.

Problem: managed by William Kosturos (Chief Restructuring Office) who seemed to forgetful in the operations of WMI while on the stand.......and was coached by rosencrap...........this will be the same goof who is managing what is left and will also be forgetful as this finishes off......why, if there is any distribution.....then this will mean that rosencrap lied in court not once, not twice, actually everytime he opened his mouth that money has and was always available for shareholders..........does anyone think rosencrap or even Kosturos is going to let this happen.......
