Who's defending it? I'm thinking BA is a little too expensive above $300. My point is, that chasing the ticker around only matters to day-traders.

If one was fortunate enough to have had put money to work in BA five years ago, one is enjoying a rather generous return on their investment. And that would hold true even if the share price was still under $100!

I always find it fascinating to hear people taking about setting stop losses. In my mind setting a stop loss only guarantees you will sell your shares at a time when the stock has actually become more attractive as a buy.
