Its not guaranteed at all. Im trying out a new charting technique and wanted to put my prediction somewhere concrete. If it doesnt go then the next best that i see isnt til sometime in March...hopefully we arent waiting that long. I should say it doesnt mean much if it doesnt move by then technically speaking, still has solid base around .04.
