I agree. A New years note would have been nice unless they are close to reporting something big to shareholders as the accumulation has been steady.

When they do get elevated to QB or QX they will need to report to shareholders more often especially when they go over 500 shareholders as there are new requirements they would have to meet.

For these tiers they wouldn't be going back and fourth from pink to yield as they would be just thrown off the tier for non compliance.

Hopefully something is brewing, the way this has been trading.
