If the BOD disapproves of a $45-$50 pips BO the offering price will only go up.
Just because many here are averaged at $1-$3/share doesn't mean the BOD should approve a low $45-%50 pps. Obviously you guys got lucky but that doesn't mean your incredibly low ave pps should be part of the decision making process. The minimum cash price has to be over $125+/share and then some.
Lots of short sighted dummies here that is for sure.
