VWES is outside the scope of the other entities within ALPP. I think it does draw some attention away from the integration of the other entities. Kent seems fully capable of jugging multiple businesses and has the people in place to run these entities with little oversight. VWES with some revenue growth can provide nice cash flow while Kent looks for a bolt-on piece to add to VWES to expand their scope or client base or seeks to sell off VWES for a nice gain. I personally like VWES as it adds some diversity to revenue while the company tries to grow large enough to support a single business model. At that point it can shed non-core assets like VWES if it is seen as using too much capital and drawing focus off the core businesses.
