fwiw, back in 2010 I called wankel ag. left a message, a dude by the name Mario Harberger called me back. don't know why other than maybe my area code. I think he he thought it was one of the ecmh peeps. his English wasn't very good but could understand enough that he was upset. he hadn't heard from ecmh. it sounded like they were going to manufacture engines in the area code I'm in. so when you mentioned 1923 is talking to Wankel im sure they have been talking for a long time.
