We are not voting the science. we are voting the management.
You know when we do science and write proposals looking for funding, we put clear milestones and expected results etc.. you can promise anything to anyone. but they won't buy it unless you give clear goals.
In a scientific study the results rarely comes up as you predicted. But then you always communicate. and explain why, and tell them your strategy. The people that funds you has all the rights to know this information.

Because continuation of funding depends on your communication of the discovery as much as the discovery itself.

Here there is a solution to a deadly cancer. LL does an amazing job. I admire her and appreciate what she succeeded. If she need public money to keep working I would support her case to the end.

But I put my money on a business controlled by LP. She did a very bad job in communicating issues.
4 or 5 years ago, when AF wrote couple pieces, LP responded immediately and you know what, I liked it.
The SP was about $4 at the time.

But after a while she just let it go and we did not receive any meaningful information.

As a scientist I like results (negative or positive) because they help me change my position and decide wisely. But I don't like secrecy and then weird deals like the ones with Cognate. buying a real estate and selling it.

It had been more than a year the halt is lifted. Don't you think we deserve the information as owners of this company? we all speculate. If it is a company secret she can say it. and give us a time when she will reveal that information.

People just speculate. We are listed in the OTC markets. share price dropped to $0.25.

I read Doc reply. If our no vote will just be a weak message. then what is our option to protect ourself from being ripped off?
