A no vote might send a message but will not change leadership. Linda has enough votes alligned with her already and even if she didn't her position as CEO would not be in jeopardy. This is about her seat on the board and all those currently on the board are solidly supportive of her whether she is on the board or not. My hope is that this ASM will be different, a turning point if you will, that finally allows longs a glimmer of hope that NWBO finally understands what they need to do to step up to the big time. Linda knew when to transition the company before to a legal team vs PHD so I hope her vision has not been clouded too much by her experience with personal attacks to know when to transition back to different role playing. Maybe this is just wishful thinking on my part but I actually think Linda knows her limitations which is why her experience in M/A and licensing stands out to me. Best wishes.
