But there is a problem.

The PROJECTION formula - whatever it is - doesn't have
a variable to capture the sub-types of each individual
and apply some rule if the individual is sub-type so and so.

So - dependent on the sub-type mix % of the group -

the 58.4 median is a FLOOR - and only time (not math)
will reveal the CEILING.

With hindsight - this should have been a 1 ARM trial.

Meaning - what we are seeing in the Treatment group would
be mirrored in the Control group.

This assumes the sub-type mix % was around the TCGA database
% mix of their patient population and Dr. Liau was accurate
in her 2011 assessment.
