The facts are that we have had access to the U.S. Market for years, through prescription. We never cultivated that Market. We now find ourselves having to educate Dr's in the UK because of NHS, we were simply OTC there for years. The FDA has not stopped us from going around the World picking up distributor after distributor, country after country. We have two cleared products in the U.S. for almost two years. We have accomplishment after accomplishment yet the Market fails to react positively. The Market works off potential and performance. We have both, but one falls way short of its goal. We have a 10 year record of accumulating distributors, one being a close neighbor known as Canada, a mirror image of the U.S. and its culture. We have left it pretty much on its own with no Marketing for years. You can not run a successful business without advertising and exposure. The cry of having no money to fund an absolutely essential component for success, is and has been a totally "bogus" claim. The Company has been using its shares to promote its Loan Program while the products and shareholders suffer. Now it appears that Loan Program may have to be accelerated, where does that leave us? The cry should be for immediate change in direction. The course has been a failure, staying the course, will be a repeat of that failure. FDA is not our problem in selling product, but it has been made the scapegoat, We have all the ingredients for success, nothing stands in our way, our obstacles are self imposed. It can all turn on a dime, or into a dime with a simple PR. Time is not our friend, and we wasted two years being silent, when exposure should have been priority one. Just my opinion.
