Not registered yet. But he keeps meeting with auditors and has "audit packages" in the mail. He keeps thinking his auditors are "certified" by the PCAOB. It continues that in his mind it is shareholders fault that he has to fire auditors.

CPAs sit for the exam, take an ethics exam and swear an oath. They know how to handle the public.
