lucky.... I have a question, that has always been in the back of my mind, and that is when A/M submits to the court for payment for their work, they NEVER disclose the nature, or names, or anything about what they are managing to receive money for their time...if they are keeping records of assets of Wmi, and collecting various monetary instruments, or whatever they are supposed to liquidate into cash for distribution, we never get an accounting for what they did, only the time it took to do it plus expenses It seems to me Rosen and his gang found a legal way to rob a bank, without getting his hands slapped...at the very least, A/M should disclose what assets they are managing in payment for their time...
