AZ, you may have seen FDIC response to my emails and you may be able to answer question I asked him below.

I sent him another email:

But with all due respect George,the FDIC and receivership has now moved into it’s 11th year. All this so called litigation appears to be nothing more than a way to cover up this massive Fraud! And FDIC is hoping to sweep it under their dirty rugs!

All the FDIC needs to do is make JPM pay fair book value for the assets they received OR it is the FDIC that breached it’s Fiduciary Duties to shareholders of the Estate by not maximizing liquidation value of WMB.

The “Change in Control” of WMB still needs to be completed between FDIC to JPMC – Can that get completed without a final settlement to all this Litigation?
???????????? I think they still can and still take years wasting their time in Litigation?
