100% agree with you. The merger did just happen late last year. We have a promising product but we still need to see how the company manages its progress. While I definitely trust our current management team to to do everything in their power to get us to the finish line others might want to see how things pan out over the next year or so. I've seen some companies with pretty decent therapies turn to trash due to management issues. Ultimately, while you want a good product, you are really investing in management. IMO.
