Re: D-Couto's email, he referred to "a shareholder approved restructuring." I never saw anything about a restructuring that would eliminate shareholders with less than 2 million shares.

And as with Zed242, all my Ameritrade account shows regarding Neah and XNRGI is...nothing. Neah was there one day, and gone without a trace the next.
