I remember many years ago, when I did about 4000 dollars of repair work on a restaurant, the lady handed me a check pre dated about a year in advance, because she did not have the funds at the time to pay me...there was little I could do, at the time, save going to court, so I trusted her, and walked away with that promissory check....and yep, at the appointed date, I spotted the auditor, who banked the nightly revenue, stood behind her, and the moment she made the deposit, thereafter, I made my withdrawal, and secured my funds...so, how am I doing,? well, the escrows should pay out... when?.. I don't know, I think after 10 years waiting, thats enough time to hope...I am now concentrated on Coop, at least when these mofos poke it with a stick each day, it moves... so it is alive and kicking....
