Yet another day when neither VirTra nor Lioios are able to scrape up any institutional interest.
Yet another day when a 70 share sale in last minute of the day drops the market cap of the company by $220,000. Painter back on the job!


Why is ANYONE at all loyal to this Ferris-lead exec team and BOD? They do not give a rats backside about shareholders. They are not capable of optimally running a public company. They have yet to demonstrate an ability to increase growth from the current 15% YOY to an acceptable 30% YOY growth rate.


If they had even an ounce of self-respect or sense of duty they would hire the best investment bank on the planet to find a buyer. But they are not this bright.
