I completely agree that he's not the right person to lead this company, but I'm afraid that he has no intention of departing (which could absolutely be the fatal flaw in my reasoning on why this stock will never take off). He'll dig his claws in and hold onto this as long as he possibly can - what else would such a failure do with his life? Bringing his "experience" and track record to another ticker will just tank it. Who would want to employ him for any other type of job? I can imagine him not letting this thing go, even if he makes a serious acquisition (which, you know I don't think he can execute, ever....)
