I find it very interesting to listen to many of the reports coming out of the horrendous wild fires that devastated California this last year. In particular how Pacific Gas and electric transmission lines are so bad that they will have to shut down many areas to repair.

What effect will this problem have on the many additional Ev vehicles that California claims to want to put in service. What will the overall cost of such a huge project be?
Would 2 trillion be reasonable? Maybe 5 trillion. I see no alternative for the utility but to file for protection as the number of lawsuits will devastate their ability to continue their operations.

All this while NatGas is right here today with near zero emissions. Clean efficient fuel and considerably less costly.
