Good point Asta. From my albeit limited vantage point, by January 23, 2019, there is no reason why LP/NWBO should not be able to prognosticate the most likely month of 2019 that top-line might be reached. It could be wrong, but if it is a sincere good faith estimate (which most companies give long before this point), it would all but end the never ending story theme.

How long does it take to say that "top line data will be available on _____, 2019"? Took me 4 seconds.
As for share price after her talk, I couldn't care less. Price will move significantly when it's time — Astavakra

And although I’ve heard (unpersuasive) arguments to the contrary, there is no compelling reason, imo, why survival and event rate could not be updated.
