Take a look at this website that actually shows AMD + BestnPet Inc. are tied. Notice this part of the wesbite:

GGII obtained the balance of BestNPet’s assets in connection with a reorganization of BestNPet.

This website links them and shows AMD basically still in business and says there's an impending merger of AMD into BestnPet, Inc.
