I think the buyer will want to control sNDA filing, so the deal has to happen in the next 8 weeks. Buyout price will be at 70%-80% premium of whatever the share price gets to in that timeframe. I don’t think it gets over $30 without a major catalyst, and I think that catalyst will most likely be raised guidance 4 weeks from now. (Euro deal will not happen in the meantime because of buyout). It would be nice to imagine share price getting to $40-$50 in the next two months, with a buyout at $90-$100, but I think that’s a stretch.
