It's not about the companies past financially to be honest, it's about the patents that they hold for e-cigarettes and with them recently being reinstated not long after the recent farm bill, someone maybe realized the patents on their e-cigs are still of significant financial value and hoping to find some MJ deals in the near future if not already and that's the info we are awaiting.
