Yes they committed fraud and were shut down and permanently revoked back in 2011. Right now this is a shell. There is nothing. No news no filings since 2011 etc. So trade it at your own risk. I think some are hoping for a new merger to suddenly show up but I doubt it. I don't think any good company would buy this shell with it's bad history. GL

I googled SFIO, but kept getting results for Serious Fraud Investigation Office.

I can't find any news about this stock, so I'm assuming it's a P&D.

Anyone have anything?
