I view the updated share structure as very positive.

BRKK is demonstrating:

1) TRANSPARENCY (Not hiding any deals)
2) SHAREHOLDERS ARE VALUED (small increase)
3) I READ BETWEEN THE LINES; MOST LIKELY DANIEL is and has been in a period of negotiations and discovery with a very dominant company that wants our tech. He can not and should not violate any confidentiality agreement!

Most will miss the ride on BRKK. If I’m correct, we are in a situation that rarely happens;
A SMALL UNKNOWN COMPANY THAT OWNS SOMETHING THAT A BIG MONEY COMPANY WANTS AND THEY WILL GET IT. HOW WE, THE INVESTORS, GET COMPENSATED IS THE QUESTION.
