Agreed it is cool and all to try and sequence the tumor and use a computer model to predict 3d conformation of putative neoantigens and then synthesize those predictions. But all of it is unnecessary if dc can gobble lysate and present it anyway. Sophisticate and cool as hell but do we need it and how much more will that cost??
