One thing that stood out to me in the 14-c was where it read that they hoped the split would create more liquidity in the stock. I didn’t understand this thinking at all. With less shares to trade I would think if anything it would become less liquid.

A few things in there that didn’t make sense to me as a shareholder. I still don’t think they are going to end up using the split anyhow. I’m not convinced we won’t be bought out before then.
