Having been burned by OTC CEO's promises more times than i care to remember, the one constant takeway is they all could give a rats ass about their OTC shareholders. Now, if they manage to get off this snake pit of an exchange(1% chance) then their feet can be held to flame by real exchange shareholders. (Look what SEC did to Elon)
