I don't know how accurate this is but I've heard if ACB classify as a Farmer something like 10-15 x earnings is a decent multiplier. Conversely, if ACB gets classified as Pharma 25-30 x earnings is reasonable.

These are what I've heard so I don't know how accurate they are.

Farming 1 bill @ 500 mill = 5-7.5 billion or $5-7.5 PS
Farming 1.5 bill @ 500 mill = 5-7.5 billion or $3.30-5 PS

Pharma 1 bill @ 500 mill = 12.5-15 billion 0r $12.5 - $15 PS
Pharma 1.5 bill @ 500 mill = 12.5-15 billion 0r $8.30 - $10 PS

Very ballpark but easy to work out of course if someone can confirm the expected multiple based on categorization.
