Thanks for your very nicely compressed version...
so it is safe to say that
1) currently there are close to 150mln issued
2) cornell financing would need another 200mln

when this is over, there will be AT LEAST 350mln shares issued?

at .03 what does 200 mln shares (for cornell) buy?
$6,000,000.00 ? or is this looking like a bad deal?

should i wait for .01 or is this 350mln shares already reflected on the current price?
