Phenomenon...that's an interesting word. The OTC markets aren't phenomenal, nor or they rocket science...nor are they loyal. The OTC markets are hot shell potato game. The company you speak of is long dead, along with it's debts and obligations. Every once in a while the OTC spits out a shell that actually succeeds with a proven CEO taking a governed structure to success.
