AS increase finalized because blowing through 2B limit

We all knew that once CEO Conway filed the DEF14 announcing the AS increase to 6B on September 26, it couldn't be officially increased in NV for at least 30 days, so Brian waited until the 3 month anniversary of the DEF14 (and the day after Christmas) to officially give LIBE shareholders the "present" of the increase.

Of course, the real reason he finally filed with NV is because there are more conversions coming soon, and it is highly likely that LIBE will blow through the old 2B share limit by the end of February, if not sooner.
