Steve,

in all your work promoting the product which I know was initially HealFast , did you get any impression that the name is actually confusing people.

Actipatch isn't a patch like IcyHot and others with major market presence and by saying patch tend to lump themselves in the same shelf space.

Do you think they should be looking at a renaming/branding exercise. Their distributor in Vietnam/Thailand has already and I am sure Mundipharma could give feedback to them and even offer some assistance as they will have all sort of marketing gurus.

May be CVS can suggest how to promote themselves differently via a new name?

Anyone here got ideas for a sensible new name?
