If buying individual banks, I always thought Citibank had so much money that they shoot themselves in the foot every 20 years. Wells Fargo has morality problems. JPM .... I just don't know.

Check out the Canadian banks. If held in a retirement account there is no tax withholding. If held in a taxable account it is deductable.
