As shareholders, are we totally feckless when it comes to influencing this company to go in another direction, regarding its management philosophy? I'm not an expert, by far, when it involves shareholder powers vis-à-vis company operational sovereignty, but we owe it to ourselves to explore options regarding that area. It seems pretty certain that time is running out on whether this company has an extended future if management does not change its management model. IMHO!!
