The MOU is the weakest kind of agreement that one can have. January 2019 was mentioned as the month where A TEST CROP would be seeded; which makes sense - since PNTV has no clue what will actually grow or die. They should try a variety of seeds and develop some infrastructure as far as fertilizing and water (and pesticides that would be allowable and pass whatever tests are required for export to other countries).

Shootz, the CURRENT Argentina laws regarding distribution of CBD locally still need to be changed - in addition to laws governing the EXPORT of said products.

I'm not surprised that PNTV continues to delay it's last filing.

I am surprised that PNTV hasn't come out w/ any official PRs re: GL Salinas, the failed issuance of NV MJ licenses, and.....and the most recent BAIT of GL Jujuy.
