This from the above post by mrplmer this morning. I'm not conversant with the info listed in the clinicaltrials site but it appears to me that Dr. Percy is the "Principal Investigator" for this trial at the trial site whereas the sponsor's PI is Dr. Kaufman.
I don't know if that answers the question of conflict of interest or not. I have to defer to someone more knowledgeable about this than me.
