NO, that amendment was filed on 11/28. This was a change to the A/S's.
Not sure what he's up to, but buyer beware: This penny stock CEO who allegedly gave the ownership of his company to bagholders of a failed pharmaceutical company, 1.2B shares out of 2B already in their hands, is now messing with the share structure. When penny stock CEO's mess with share structures, even if this particular filing has an error, it is never in favor of existing shareholders.
