Yes, this was a “Merge In” amendment with a designation to the Series A Convertible Preferred Shares. I’m sure a required reconciliation as they prepare filings for SEC registration. Lots of things going on behind the scenes with auditors, attorneys, etc. to get this SEC compliant. Nothing to get worked up over.
