False that filing would have said RS it did not! It was a partial filing of many ahead. It is clearly about the WDBG preferred shares. I would hate to not be holding shares going forward! The good news is more filings are hitting so we should get it all any day now. What some tried to turn this into a RS etc. is insane! Wait for more filings and news and there can be tons more filings with those numbers as was previously stated if you click right on the filings page that was just 1 art of it they split up the share obviously and I think we will have a much lower SS and float than most think with NO RS!

This is clearly for the class A shares. It states Class A in the filing! Who missed that Designation
