it is most likely that MM's themselves are most responsible for the push-down on SOAN price per share here, not company dilution. Or off-continent shorters. MM's short, and they naked short. this is not a level playing field at all in the OTC. while shorting otc stocks is "illegal" in the US, it is done from other locations globally, and MM's do it too (just cover it up and call it something else).
