huh? no, Bully. If investors want to buy in to a company in big chunks, the company doesnt have to dilute to accomodate that. FOLKS BUYING SOAN SHARES IN LARGE NUMBERS should make the price go up, not down. there are other protocols for large scale investors, which include restricted private placement shares, etc. And the company can increase A/S and issue preferred shares to keep any potential voting takeover (51%) but this is not diluting the public float or O/S.
