No worries ..... reading it again ..... I see I misread. My bad.

It is good to see the buying increase like that. But its only been Maggiore ..... no one else in mgmt. or the BoD is buying. As you know, the Chairman/CFO doesn't own even 1 share after all this time. The other not so great view is the guy buys nearly a million shares and the stock doesn't move at all ...... lotsa stock for sale ..... but .... its another chunk of shares that won't be floating around for sale.

I think folks want to be much more excited about ZIVO now that GRAS has been declared and commercial licenses are available. But mgmt., mgmt., mgmt. ........ after all this time still doesn't really care much about the stock price even though it is and has been their only currency. We all can feel the dilutive effects. Still hasn't learned the basics of investor relations and building up that goodwill. I don't think there have been but 2 or 3 new faces here in all the time Dahl has been in control.

Hopefully this year .... 1st half .... Nutriquest gets off the ground and the company can start to generate some revenues. Again, mgmt. hasn't offered any indication to investors what the license could generate. The other 2 known licenses I wouldn't expect to do much beyond replenishing the petty cash fund periodically. There's still the need for funding ..... I'd actually like to see Maggiore and HEP Investments manage down the number of outstanding warrants ..... instead of Maggiore buying the open market .... fund the company exercising some of those warrants ..... as well as use the cashless exercise provisions to further reduce the dilutive effects. Would like to see some of the others who did financing also exercise some of those warrants instead of piling on more debt. But I'd fall off my chair if that occurred. I just don't see mgmt. changing its stripes.

Time will tell.
