The Investors purchase agreement explicitly says the company cannot dilute under any circumstances for the term the warrants are outstanding....warrants are 5 years. ZERO DILUTION FOR 5 YEARS....ANY CLAIM OTHERWISE IS FAKE NEWS!!!!
